Questions & Answers
You can create an account with or without a credit card. If you sign up without a credit card, you will have access to the standard plan for seven days. We will remind you on day six that your plan will expire.
Free plans will expire automatically after seven days unless you continue under a paid plan. To cancel a paid plan, log into your account, click on settings > billing, and click the cancel + confirm button.
It is still your data and available under your login for up to 3 months for export. We will send you a reminder one week before permanently deleting your data.
Yes, for up to three months so you can download your data. A locked account will not be able to create additional courses or assessments, and your students cannot view your content.
Billing happens on day 30 after account creation. We will remind you 3 days before any charge occurs.
Yes. We offer 10% off one-year and 30% off on two-year commitments. There are no refunds on annual service contracts after 90 days.
If you upgrade or downgrade, we will charge the new rate starting the next billing cycle. If you cancel, we will not charge your account again.
If you change your billing cycle from annual to monthly, your remaining balance becomes a credit. There are no refunds for yearly accounts after day 90, so be sure you are willing to commit long-term.
